Returns & Refunds

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet expectations, customers may request a return within three (3) days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • All original packaging must be intact and included.
  • The return request must be submitted within the specified 3-day period.

Returned items that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to the original payment method.
